Tips to Improve Sperm Quality

Low sperm quality is one cause of male infertility or difficult to conceive to have a child.

Number of normal sperm was varied between 20-150 million sperm per millimeter, if you want to succeed in fertilization then at least 60% of sperm should have a normal shape and sperm cells must be able to swim forward in a straight line.

Amount of Sperm  influenced by many factors, if you want to have child from the marriage, then it is better you follow the following tips:

Consuming multiply Vitamin as follows :

1. Vitamin B

Vitamin B found many in cheeses, eggs, milk, yogurt, cereals, spinach, nuts, and seeds.

2. Zinc

Zinc gained a lot from: oysters, sesame and sunflower seeds, ginger, wheat germ, red meat, dark chocolate, melon seeds and pumpkin seeds.

3. Selenium
Selenium can be obtained from: Shellfish, liver, fish, sunflower seeds, crab, shrimp, lobster, cereals made from rice, wheat and oats.


In addition much consumption of foods containing Vitamin B then you also have to avoid the following:

1. Stop Smoking habits

If you are a smoker then better for you to reduce or stop smoking because of research shows that the sperm of smokers have much smaller amounts than men who do not smoke.

2. Avoid wearing tight pants

Testis is an area that requires cooler temperature than other parts of the body, hence wearing tight pants will cause testis unhealthy so would reduce sperm production.

3. Reduce Intimate Relations and Masturbation

Have intercourse every day can make sperm fewer and dilute, especially if you frequent masturbation will adversely affect sperm viscosity. If you want to have children right away, do intercourse on a regular basis up to 3 times a week and avoid masturbation.

4. Reduce Alcohol

Alcohol can affect liver function which in turn leads to increased levels of estrogen. High amount of estrogen in the body will affect the production of sperm. Recommend that you stop drinking alcohol from now on if you do not want to lose the amount of sperm production.

5. Enough Rest

Rest time must be maintained, good sleep at night should be enough and try to rest for a while or sleep during the day. Enough rest can make the body stay fit and relax.
