If you are wearing a sweater or jacket, you can take it off and tie it around your waist. It will help you to hide the blading. And then order a fresh tampon and pad. The most brilliant step is always to keep tampons or pads in your bag so that you can use them when you need them.

If you don’t have pads or tampons in that time you can borrow pads or tampons from a friend, buy them from a dispenser, or visit the school nurse.

On the other hand, you can also call home so that your mom or dad can bring what you need. You can also fold up some tissues or toilet paper and place them in your underwear. That won’t work for long. So, you need to get some pads or tampons quickly.

If you feel shy or nervous to tell anybody about your situation, then write it down on a piece of paper or you can also code word like e.a- “it’s that time of the month”, “personal supplies.”, “Girls’ needed personal”,

5. Can I Go Swimming During My Period?

You can swim during that period. That’s not a big deal. At that time you want to use tampons. You do not bleed your swimsuit. Pads would not work here. The tampon will not fall out if it is inserted correctly.
