The easiest lemon water for weight loss!

 Whether you’re trying to lose weight or you simply want to look and feel healthier, one of the best ways to rid your body of harmful toxins is to drink water. For all intents and purposes, this cleansing program aims to rid the body of toxins and free radicals that destroy healthy cells and are responsible for a wide range of degenerative diseases.

Ingredients:

Another great thing about the Lemonade Diet is that it requires very few ingredients- just four in fact. All you need to do the lemon cleanse diet are the following:

1.Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (2 TBSP)
2.Genuine Grade B maple syrup (not artificially flavored)(2 TBSP)
3.Cayenne pepper (powder form) (1/10 Tea spoon)
4.Hot water (purified or spring, not distilled) (8 OZ)

The lemon juice acts as the main replacement for all your meals. Since this detox diet requires the elimination of solid food for a week or so (minimum), it is necessary to replace it with something else that would allow the body to function more or less normally.

The juice has to be freshly squeezed each time (daily dose).The maple syrup, apart from being the drink sweetener, it also helps eliminate toxins from the body. Keep in mind that you will need an organic and rich maple syrup. There are so many artificially flavored syrups on the market today that customers have to be very discerning shoppers especially when they need very specific ingredients.

Some tips:

1.You should drink 6-12 glasses of lemonade each day.
2.Drink when you feel hungry.
3.Drink it as soon as you make it to prevent the pepper from “steeping” and making the drink too spicy.
4.Try sea salts or herbal tea. You can also mix 1 TSP of unrefined non-iodized sea salt mixed in 30 OZ of water to  flush. Try them twice a day.
